Manufacturers must provide customers with LED devices with various parameters. The uniform color temperature distribution of high power LED lamp will directly affect the lighting effect. The color temperature and color rendering index are interrelated, and the change of color temperature will lead to the change of color rendering index. The thermal resistance of high power LED lamp directly affects the heat dissipation of LED device. Low thermal resistance, better heat dissipation; High thermal resistance means poor heat dissipation, so the increase in device temperature will affect the wavelength shift of light. According to experience, when the temperature rises one degree, the wavelength of light will be shifted by 0.2~0.3nm, which will directly affect the luminous quality of the device. High temperature also directly affects the service life of W class high-power LED energy-saving lamp. Color rendering is an important index of white LED.
